Additional discount

The OrderPatchDiscount can be used to add (a) additional discount line(s) to an order. For example when the calculated cart is 1.365, and you want to give the customer a additional discount of 15 euro, the OrderPatchDiscount can be used to add this discount. This means the total order will become 1.350 euro.
