Reports
In this new module, we have added two interesting reports which helps customer service to keep track of possible issues. Both views support pagination, filtering. Bij clicking on the 'eye' icon, the order will be opened in a new page/tab, so the current page keeps active:
Under this tab all orders with a minimum of one payment failure from the last 30 days are shown.
Under this tab all paid orders older than 14 days and limited to the last 30 days are shown, which have no shipments.
