Direct activated account

To create a new account which is activated directly, the new 'activated' parameter can be set to 'true' on the Account_Register endpoint. The default value is 'false'.When an account is directly activated, the 'confirmationToken' in the account-create webhook response isn't added.For accounts which are not directly activated, the activation time limit is set to 10 days.
